This is to resolve a common issue of the chair unable to lift or descend.
It’s a small issue that can be solved by the user if the gas cylinder is working.

The problem is this wire isn’t connected properly.

When you pull the control knobs, it will pull this metal wire.
Note the round ball at the tip, you have to pull it out a little to fit it back
How to fix it ?
Simply slot it back in.
It seems like this is a common issue, sometimes they vibrate out over time, came off while transporting, or from a bad factory assembly.
