Warranty does not cover wear and tear, courier services, colorfastness of surfaces and fabric, damage or marking of materials or abrading of textiles over time caused by sharp or foreign objects. Aeron’s mesh are stress test and able to endure 200000 Wyzenbeek rub tests, way above industrial standard. They are twice as strong as their closest competitor. Despite that, they are not unbreakable, and can be damaged by sharp or protruding objects, or deteriorated by cleaning process using heat and chemical agent which are not covered in the warranty.
We are offered a 50% discount on the required component.
An attempt to claim for warranty will still proceed and could be approved base on case by case basis.
In the event the warranty claim is successful, we will contact you and refund the price of parts minus the administration and freight charges.
If your chair is a remastered Aeron and was among the first batch sold in 2017, the mesh is eligible for warranty as the earliest batch had a defect in production.
