Due to the current COVID19 situation in the USA, most warranty claims are suspended as stated below. There is currently no estimates on when can warranty services resume and all requests are handled only after the situation recover.
All submitted information is forwarded for warranty claim and subjected to approval. Upon approval, email will be sent to you directly. We will suggest that you submit the request when the service centers resume full service and do not send in chairs for non-critical issues as it is likely to take a much longer time for cases to be seen for approval, spares to be issued for repairs to be done.
Please be reminded that the warranty covers most movable components but not wear and tear, courier services, noise on product, colorfastness of surfaces and fabric, damage or marking of materials or abrading of textiles over time caused by sharp or foreign objects.
Aeron’s mesh are stress test and able to endure 200000 Wyzenbeek rub tests, way above industrial standard. To give you an idea, compare to the nearest competitor’s mesh fabric, Steelcase stands up to 100000 rub test and Haworth 60000. The fabric used on the Aeron is at least twice as strong and explains why they have a strong reputation of being resilient and stand up to heavy usage. Despite that, they are not unbreakable, and can be damaged by sharp or protruding objects which are not covered in the warranty.
